The company was founded by Fraser Dyer and was borne out of a desire to level the playing field in what is one of the world's most sophisticated property markets. Having started out in traditional agency, Fraser became aware of the lack of adequate professional representation for buyers in multi-million pound transactions. Consequently, Fraser moved from poacher to game keeper, acting solely on behalf of buyers, and safe-guarding their best interests throughout the buying process.

Company Director
Fraser founded FED London in 2014. Up until this point, Fraser's experience within the industry had been multi-faceted. Starting out life as an agent working for one of the largest and most successful independent property companies in the UK. Having gained an RICS accredited master's degree in Real Estate he joined award-winning developer, Landmass, as an in-house acquisition agent. From here Fraser was tasked with building a residential acquisition business within one of Mayfair's leading office agency businesses, BDG Sparkes Porter. Most recently Fraser worked as a consultant within a Middle Eastern single-family office business called KA Investments, assisting the family with their personal property requirements, whilst also facilitating his own client's needs.
Fraser has a reputation for being a positive, energetic person who gives honest, analytical advice. In his spare time, Fraser enjoys getting down to Devon where he's often found either sailing, rowing or on the golf course.
