The sale was distressed so the price was fixed but our client was able to add a lot of value, and ended up with the perfect family home.

It was originally marketed for £1.3m but after monitoring the sellers position we secured it cash for £1m inclusive of all furniture.
Our Dubai based client was keen to purchase a new-build apartment in London but demanded a strong yield. We identified a flat that was classed as a “loss leader” for the developer in Kings Cross and thus we picked it up for 28% below the original list price. We secured a tenant before the apartment was even listed online, at a rent that translated into a 4.7% gross yield for our client – an exceptional return for new-build in Zone 1.
